Who operates Kirelia. Jilin Xiangrui Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is the publisher of Kirelia, a Google Play Android application that pairs themed AI companions with text chat and voice conversation. This document explains what information is involved when you use those features, why it is processed, how long it may be kept, and what choices you have.
Your decision to continue. Reading this Policy does not create an online membership. If you disagree with any material term, stop using Kirelia and remove it from your Android device. You may still email us about information you previously sent through support channels.
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
Kirelia's data footprint is intentionally narrow: conversational inputs, optional media you attach, device and stability signals, and email you send us. The subsections below walk through each intake path.
While you interact with characters such as Liora Vance, Maren Hale, or other companions in the roster, the App may handle:
Each character maintains its own conversational context on the device where local history is stored, so switching companions does not automatically merge prior threads unless you choose related actions inside the App.

Messages to margiahgottloman@gmail.com bring in your return address, the body of your note, and optional attachments. We keep that material long enough to authenticate you when reasonable, answer substantively, and record the resolution of privacy or support tickets.
Kirelia is not an image-recognition tool, a news reader, or a personal analytics console. We do not request Location, Contacts, or Notification permissions in the Google Play build described here.
Required device attributes underpin delivery and integrity. Photos and videos remain optional and are not shared outward for third-party marketing under this Policy.
Protecting conversation content and supporting telemetry is a shared responsibility between our controls and prudent use of your Android device.
We employ transport-layer protection for exchanges with hosting partners where our stack supports it, restrict administrative access to staff and vendors with operational need, and segregate development systems from production workloads. Play-distributed APKs are signed per Android distribution rules.
Only personnel or subprocessors whose duties require access may view personal data for operations, assistance, security review, or legal compliance. Vendor contracts limit processing to contracted scopes. Should we confirm a breach of personal data that triggers statutory notice duties, we will act in line with applicable law, which can include notifying individuals or regulators when required.
Absolute security cannot be promised for any networked product. You reduce risk by keeping Android patched, locking your handset, and revoking permissions you no longer need. Uninstalling Kirelia or clearing its storage generally removes on-device chat history subject to OS behavior; server copies may persist until retention ends or a verified deletion request succeeds.
Because Kirelia is offered worldwide, information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction—including countries whose privacy statutes differ from local law.
Hosting conversational payloads, operating CDN edges, running crash analytics, or receiving support mail can involve cross-border subprocessors with multi-region facilities. Where transfers require safeguards, we rely on contractual protections, vendor screening, and access minimization. To limit cloud transmission, avoid network-dependent features and delete local data via Android storage controls or uninstallation. Email you send still routes through standard mail systems.
Jilin Xiangrui Trading Co., Ltd. sets the purposes and means of processing for Kirelia and must ensure practices align with this Policy and governing privacy rules.

Controller duties here cover the Google Play Android edition only. Third-party sites or utilities an AI character mentions in dialogue are outside this Policy unless we publish a separate notice.
Coverage is limited to Kirelia's Android listing on Google Play. Permission language follows Android conventions—photos and media, scoped storage, and related OS labels.
Unaffiliated services, offline handouts, or future apps are out of scope unless they adopt this text by reference. If marketing copy appears to conflict with a granular statement here (permissions, monetization, data categories), the detailed disclosure in this Policy prevails.
Google's own policies govern Play install records, ratings, and Google-account activity tied to the store; those activities are not controlled by this document.
Kirelia targets adults aged 18 and older. An initial on-screen confirmation may ask you to affirm that threshold; we do not run continuous document-based age checks afterward. Anyone under 18 must not use the App.
There is no registration wall: no passwords, no sign-in screen, and no online membership identifier is created. You open the App and select a character. Eligibility is about lawful use, not completing enrollment.
If you fall below the age threshold or reject this Policy, cease use and follow the deletion pathways in Retention and Rights and U.S. Notices.
We retain information only for periods that match the purposes below, unless law or dispute needs require longer holding.
On-device threads and preferences persist until you clear Kirelia data, uninstall, or use Android tools to remove local files.
Server-side payloads and delivery logs remain while needed to operate features, debug faults, mitigate abuse, and finish transmission, then are deleted or aggregated.
Metrics and crash artifacts are kept for stability review windows, then dropped or de-identified when practical.
Support mail stays as long as needed to answer, verify senders, and document outcomes.
Optional photos or videos last only for the feature instance you triggered.
Deletion, in the absence of any membership system, means erasing App-held, device-held, or support-submitted records—not closing an account. Request server or mailbox removal at margiahgottloman@gmail.com with enough context (content description, dates, device hints) to locate entries. Local removal is typically achieved through uninstall or storage reset. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
Android permissions appear only when you start a dependent action. Denying access limits that action but rarely blocks unrelated chat features. None of the sensitive permissions below operate while Kirelia runs in the background.
Used when you tap a capture control to produce an image for an in-App media flow. The camera is not used in the background. Revoke via Settings → Apps → Kirelia → Permissions → Camera. Without it, capture-based media steps stop; typed dialogue continues.
Engaged when you begin a voice call or voice-input exchange with a character. The microphone is not used in the background. Revoke under Microphone permission in the same settings path. Voice mode becomes unavailable; text chat may still work.
Read access activates when you pick gallery content. Write access may activate when you save exported media under scoped storage. Photos access is not in the background. Revoke Photos and media (or equivalent) for Kirelia in Android Settings. Gallery import and certain exports halt; conversation without media import remains possible.
Invoked when Android requires storage APIs for files you explicitly open or save through Kirelia. Storage use for these flows is not in the background. Disable the storage permission to block file-picker and export paths that depend on it.
Permission denial does not automatically purge data already saved; use Retention deletion routes for removal requests.
Kirelia is not aimed at minors under 18, and we do not knowingly gather their personal information. The opening age affirmation is not parental verification.
Report suspected underage use to margiahgottloman@gmail.com with supporting facts. We will investigate and delete server-side material where feasible within legal and retention limits. Guardians should uninstall the App and wipe local storage on the child's device.
Kirelia hosts ten personality-driven AI companions oriented toward gentle lifestyle topics—outfit balance, confidence, social wording, mood softening, and similar light support. Replies are generative, probabilistic, and not professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic counsel. Minimize highly sensitive disclosures you do not want included in reply generation.
The product is free: no Google Play Billing upgrades, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. Each character includes a shared free quota for text and voice before limits apply—without payment.
Local persistence keeps per-character history and counters on the device until you reset storage. Email support receives only what you voluntarily send. We do not monetize chat content through cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this Policy.
Automated or manual review of specific content may occur when abuse, illegality, or safety signals arise, using the minimum data necessary for compliance.

Input materials did not supply a branded SDK list. Infrastructure and analytics tooling, where present, is constrained to Sharing Matrix and Legal Basis purposes without inventing vendor trade names.

Disclosure happens only in the circumstances below. Monetary sale of personal information is not part of our model.
Cloud Hosting / CDN — Receives conversational text and audio derivatives, configuration or preference content associated with App use (mapped as account and profile content despite the absence of registration), user-submitted media, and diagnostic bundles to host, transmit, store, and deliver core features under instruction. Partners must not repurpose chat content for their own ads.
Analytics / Crash reporting — May receive usage events, device metrics, and crash logs for product improvement, performance analysis, and stability. These parties act as processors, not independent profilers of conversation content under this Policy.
Safety and legal — Moderation vendors may see flagged text or media for abuse or illegality reviews. Statutory demands or protective disclosures may compel limited releases. Corporate transactions involving Kirelia assets could transfer data subject to equivalent protections.
Google Play — Because the App is free without IAP or subscriptions, we do not pass Google Play Billing tokens or subscription states. Google may still log installs and updates under its policies.
For GDPR-class jurisdictions we identify a lawful basis (also called a legal basis) before processing.
Performance of a contract (or equivalent) covers chat text, voice audio, and replies needed to deliver the conversational experience you request.
Legitimate interests underpin device metrics, usage events, crash logs, and security signals. We balance those interests against your expectations and collect no more than reasonably necessary.
Consent where applicable attaches to Camera, Microphone, Photos and media, and External Storage once you approve Android runtime dialogs—revocable in Settings without retroactive unlawfulness of prior processing tied to features you used.
Legal obligation where applicable authorizes retention or disclosure required by statute, regulator requests, or privacy-request record rules.
